Returns and Refunds
Your purchase comes with a 30-day money back guarantee (excludes shipping and handling). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, follow the instructions below:
- Contact Knockout Nails Customer Care at 1-859-369-5994 to initiate the return process and get a Return Authorization prior to returning your purchase. Returns without an authorization will be returned to sender.
- Customer Care will then e-mail you a printable Return Authorization Form (which includes your return number) to insert into the box.
- Please be sure to wrap the product securely and mail it back. Include a copy of your receipt and the completed Return Authorization Form. Without both of these items, your return will not be processed.
- To be eligible to receive a refund, returns must be post-marked within 14 days from your initial contact with Customer Care.
- We will inspect your return and issue you a full refund, less the amount of any damaged or missing items, original shipping costs, and a $24.95 restocking charge.
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your refund has been processed. Please allow 10-14 business days from receipt of your package for processing of your refund.
If you discover a defect in your Knockout Nails Lamp within the 1-year warranty period, then please contact Knockout Nails Customer Care at 1-859-369-5994 for assistance.
Once we receive the returned lamp, we will inspect it for defects covered by the warranty and gladly replace any defective lamps.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your replacement order has been processed and shipped to you.
